That is why we will happily provide you with a full refund or exchange within 30 days from the time of purchase, on the basis that the product is in its original condition, that is, unwashed, unworn, with its original tags attached and in a re-saleable condition (it must not have been altered or damaged in any way).

Once we have received your item, and all terms and conditions of our policy are verified, we will process your refund as efficiently as possible. We will return the original cost of the item into the account from which the purchase was made.
Kindly note: Lorenzé Collection will not cover the cost associated with shipping your refunded or exchanged purchases. In addition, Lorenzé Collection has the right to refuse a refund or exchange if these terms and conditions are not met.
